Here’s How It Works
1. Site Assessment
We visit before quoting and check every surface. We note render condition, timber condition, biological growth, and any structural issues that need addressing.
2. Surface Preparation
We pressure-wash masonry and render, treat biological growth, repair cracked or hollow render, and strip timber back to sound material. We also offer dedicated masonry painting services.
3. Priming
Bare masonry gets a masonry primer. Repaired render is allowed to cure before priming. Bare timber gets an appropriate timber primer.
4. Paint Application
Exterior paint needs dry conditions and temperatures above 5 degrees Celsius. We plan application phases around the forecast. Two finish coats are standard.
5. Inspection and Clean-Up
We inspect every surface in good light once the final coat has cured. Touch-ups are completed before we leave. The property is left clean.
